WNG-11/WNY-11 Metal sleeve glass alcohol kerosene mercury thermometer
The metal sleeve thermometer can be used for boiler measurement. It is an on-site detection instrument for measuring medium and low temperatures. It can be used to directly measure or control the temperature of gases and liquids. It has the characteristics of high measurement accuracy and sensitive response. The WNY-11 metal sleeve glass kerosene thermometer is made using the principle of thermal expansion and cold-heat shrinkage of a temperature-sensitive liquid (mercury or organic liquid). When the temperature of the measured medium changes, the liquid column of the temperature-sensing body in the thermometer changes up and down. The height indicated by the liquid can indicate the temperature of the measured medium.
WNG/WNY series glass thermometers are divided into: internal standard type, rod type; can be made straight, 90° angle, 135° angle; measuring range: -80℃～+500℃; indication error value: generally 1 point 1.5 to 2 times the grid value; engineering pressure: 6.4MPa for thermometer with metal protective sleeve
There are two types of WNG/WNY glass rod thermometers. One is a rod type (without protective cover) glass thermometer: WNG/WNY-01 (straight), WNG/WNY-02 (90° angle), WNG/WNY- 03 (135°angle shape); the other is a glass thermometer with a metal protective cover: WNG/WNY-12 (90°angle shape), WNG/WNY-13 (135°angle shape)

(1) Type: internal standard type, rod type: straight, 90° angle, 135° angle
(2) Measuring range: -80～+500℃
(3) Indication error limit: generally 1.5-2 times of 1 division value
(4) Nominal pressure: 6.4MPa for thermometer with metal protective sleeve

Note:
(1) For the measuring range with “*”, the length of the lower body is 1≥100mm
(2) WNG type temperature sensing liquid is mercury, WNY type is organic liquid.
If the measuring range is ≤100℃ due to the special needs of users,
mercury is still needed as the temperature sensing liquid, please specify in the contract.
